Customer Support Engineer - 3 openings
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible to provide telephone, email and web based support to our worldwide customers on our products. May need to travel to provide onsite support to our customers.
Requirements:
The candidates opting for this post should have very good expertise in Network Administration, System administration, management, monitoring and should have worked on variety of networking products. Exposure to Administering Solaris, Linux and Sybase/oracle database will be added advantage. Excellent written and oral Communication Skills including good listening ability and telephone handling skill, willing to work in evening Shift.

Eligibility:
Engineering graduates in Computer, electronics and Communications stream with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Engineering graduates in Computer, electronics and Communications stream with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma holders from recognized institutes in Computer, Electronics and Communications stream or Masters in IT or MCA or Equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Sound Networking Knowledge – theory and practice
- Should be familiar with high-end network infrastructure (Routers, Switches, firewalls etc
- Candidates with Cisco, Microsoft, Sun certification and exposure to Network Management tools and RDBMS will have an added advantage.
- Valid Passport and willing to relocate to Pune.
Training:
Selected candidates would be given training on the products in Pune office.
