Jayadev Nair, General Manager
Jayadev Nair co-founded NSIL in November 2000 and has served as NSIL’s General Manger since April 2003. Jayadev has a vast experience of over 18 years. Prior to founding NSIL Jay was with Veritas for almost 4 years and managed several projects in the Data Protection Products Group. He was also with NetScout US for almost 8 years and managed team of several engineers in the development and maintenance of OEM and other products. Jay holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts.

Shailendra Phadke, Consultant Software Engineer
Shailendra has over ten years of industry experience in Software Development and over three years of experience as a Project Leader. Shailendra is proficient with Object Oriented Analysis and design, Java Platform, XML and related technologies, Web Applications, Component technologies (COM and Java Beans), Networking technologies including SNMP, RMON.

He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science and he is with NetScout since 1999.

Mahesh Rajmane, Consultant Software Engineer
Mahesh joined NetScout in April 2003. Mahesh has an immense experience of over 10 years and holds a cosmic knowledge in C/C++. Prior to joining NetScout Mahesh was with Veritas for a year’s time and was also with NetScout US for almost 2 years. Mahesh holds specialized knowledge in NetScout Flow Recorders

Sandesh Rokade, Manager-Customer Support
Sandesh has served as Manager of Customer Support since January 2001. Sandesh has vast experience of around 14 years in computer industry, which includes the experience in implementing and designing of different kinds of computer networks and also customer support activities. Sandesh has excellent exposure to Novell Netware, Microsoft Products, Entry level to Enterprise level servers of different makes, RISC Based servers like RS/6000, Networking & Communication products like HUBs, Switches and Routers, Video Conferencing Products and other peripherals.
