NetScout Systems India Pvt Ltd (NSIL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of NetScout Systems Inc of Westford, MA, USA. NSIL was incorporated in India in November 2000. It began operations in February 2001. Subsequently, it was converted into a 100% subsidiary of NetScout Systems Inc (NTCT) in 2002. We are a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) registered with the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI).

The objective of NSIL is to provide services and support to the parent company in the Engineering Department, both in Engineering Development and in Customer Support Services. Headquartered in Westford, Massachusetts, NetScout has approximately 360 employees with offices in North America, Europe and Asia. NetScout serves the Global 5000 with more than 3,000 enterprises using NetScout's products to monitor more than 80,000 network segments worldwide.
